Daniel and his three-legged fox terrier Cajou join Hervé for hunting. Cajou has only three legs because of Gilles’s son Francis.

Hubert Charuel was born in 1985 and grew up in the midst of agriculture and dairy farming. He gratuated from La Fémis in 2011 as a producer student. His graduation film Diagonale du vide (2011) was selected in several festivals including the Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival in 2012 and won several prices. In 2014, he directed K-nada (2014), produced by Les Films Velvet, which was selected in 2015 at Les Premiers Plans Film Festival in Angers (CCAS Price of Best French Film), the Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival and the Brest European Film Festival. In 2016, he directed his third short film, Fox-terrier, and his debut feature, Bloody Milk.
