After a long separation, Blanche Dubois joins her sister Stella in New Orleans. She lives with her husband, Stanley, a worker of Polish origins, in the old French neighborhood. He doesn’t appreciate the distinguished manners of Blanche and wants to know what was the real past of his sister-in-law.
