SYNOPSIS
In a black hair salon in gentrifying Brooklyn, the local residents fend off a strange new monster: white women intent on sucking the lifeblood from black culture.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Mariama Diallo is a Senegalese-American filmmaker based in Brooklyn. Mariama co-wrote "Everybody Dies!" (directed by Frances Bodomo) for the feature "Collective:Unconscious" (SXSW 2016). Her short "Sketch" (2017) won the Fox Inclusion Emerging Artists Award at the BlackStar Film Festival. “Hair Wolf” premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and won the Jury Award for US Fiction short film.
